What makes Hutke Design so special?
Hutke is a nonprofit currently pending 501c3 status. Hutke benefits a variety of causes, all while providing you with a variety of handcrafted, artist made pieces. Even though Hutke is a small business, it aims to have a large-scale positive impact. We are unique because we are driven by the desire to make art and make change, nothing else.
Can I return/exchange items?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is a problem with your order (something is damaged, broken, etc.), please email us to inquire about receiving a refund.
How long will it take for my item to ship?
We aim to ship every item within no more than 3-5 business days of your purchase. Your order will be delivered through UPS or USPS shipping. You will be notified if there are any delays for your order.
What type of packaging does my item ship in?
Smaller items are shipped with recycled and eco-conscious packaging to reduce as much waste as possible. Larger pieces (i.e., paintings) require larger packing boxes and may be protected with a plastic material.
Do you ship internationally?
While we only have a U.S. shipping option, we are happy to ship internationally. Please email info@hutkedesign.com if you would like your order to be shipped outside of the U.S.
How do I know that the money from my purchase is being donated to charity?
As a nonprofit, Hutke aims to be as transparent as possible with all of our customers. We publish an annual report so customers can see that their contributions are being distributed and managed responsibly. Donations are made twice per year.
Can I buy Hutke Design items in stores?
Currently, Hutke items are only available through our online store. This ensures that as much money as possible can be donated with each purchase!
